The Donnington Grove Estate is set in 500 acres of beautiful countryside and is the perfect location if you're looking for the ultimate golf experience in Berkshire. The River Lambourn runs through our golf course, making it one of the UK's most relaxing and scenic golfing destinations.

We are a friendly club with an 18 hole Championship course, a flood lit driving range and a fully stocked professional shop.

The ultimate modern take on a classic country house sport. Get the satisfaction of seeing orange clays burst apart mid-air after you’ve taken a shot. The whiff of spent cartridges completes a quintessentially English scene.

At Donnington all clay pigeon shooting equipment is provided and skilled staff give lessons for all abilities, making it an ideal place to give the sport a try.

On Donnington’s stretch of river, you can stalk wild brown trout in picturesque surroundings. The river trout season runs from mid-April to September. Autumn and winter bring the ideal time to learn fly fishing skills by catching grayling. Then, once the trout season starts, you’ll be well placed to land a couple.

The Lambourn Valley Way edges Donnington’s grounds. This fully way marked route stretches from the Uffington White Horse on the Berkshire Downs to the market town of Newbury, following the scenic route of the River Lambourn.
